The store is hidden, you could pass by and not know it’s there. The whole staff is very friendly and helpful they have a welcoming atmosphere. The store is a bit small they do t only specify with phones, and i saved myself a trip from the rude staff across the street.

Slow service, employees are not well experienced, takes over two hours to get a phone setup. In my most recent experience with them I had to return my Note 7 due to the recall and being that I purchased it there that is where I returned. I exchanged the phone for an S7 Edge; they tried to charge me $80.00 for the phone.

Lets put this into perspective:
I return a phone due to manufacturer required recall
I trade it for lesser phone
I have to pay? I do not think so.

The response from the employee is "the system does that so it must be right". In the end I did not pay the 80.00 and left with my new phone. Will not return again. I will not go to a third party to purchase a phone again.

In all I made three separate trips to this store within two months time, I purchased my Note 7, then returned to exchange for another Note 7 with different battery, and finally to return it due to recall. And each time was a lengthy, cumbersome process that took over two hours to complete. I wasted over seven hours total in this store.

Cannot recommend this store.
