Tim, Will and the rest of the crew were most helpful! It took me a couple visits to decide on the alarm package I wanted, but they were their to answer all my questions. Not once did I feel that they were short or impatient in any way. When I decided on the alarm package that was right for me, they did not try to force any other package on me.
